Sweet Peppers Aruba
Sweet Peppers is a family owned and operated local Aruba restaurant located in the Palm Beach section by the High Rise hotels. It’s not a tourist trap, or a fancy high-end place, but a cozy and casual restaurant that features local Aruban cuisine fused with other Caribbean flavors. If you have a appetite for fish, ask for the catch of the day. Their specialty is grouper and garlic shrimp.
One of their specialties is the Aruban Grouper which is served with rice, fried plantains, sautéed mixed veggies and a mango-creole sauce, lemon or garlic butter sauce.
