Rosemary Whiskey Sour

Rosemary Whiskey Sour

Spring is here and its time for those spring cocktails we have been waiting for after a long cold winter.  So grab some rosemary from the garden (or supermarket), and infuse some honey simple syrup.  What you do is take some boiling water and add in 1 part honey to 1 part water and a few sprigs or rosemary.  The rest is even simpler, half a lemon (or 1 ounce, 30ml), a dash of orange bitters, a handful of ice, shake hard and serve in an old fashioned glass with a large cube of fresh ice.  Garnish with lemon and rosemary, of course!
