For anyone that sees past the simplicity of liquor as only a form of leisure, this is the book to read.  What I love about this book is that it covers everything.  For example, many don’t know that anyone can bring any recipe into any distillery, and use an exact recipe, however, the strain of yeast alone can completely change the taste.  Its a great read and will make you look at drinking and booze a completely different way.
